All rates include postage by surface mail. Some back issues are
available at $10 each. Authors receive two gratis copies of the
issue that contains their work.
The journal publishes two issues each year in May and November. The
subscription year is the calendar year. Payments and renewals are
due March 31. Available on request are pro-rated midyear starts and
midyear stops with refunds (half price). Cheques should be made
